House Building in Farndon Meeting

The Head of Planning at Cheshire West and Chester Council will outline what recent national changes to local housing targets could mean for Farndon Ward, including the potential for major development. CWAC is consulting on three options for new housing in its local plan—Option A could see 500 to 1,500 new homes in Farnham.

While no formal applications have been made yet, nearby Malpas and Tatton Hall are already facing large developments. This is a live issue for our village, and there will be a chance to ask questions—please come along if you can.
